Chloe Moretz marries model Kate Harrison after 7 years of dating

2 Mins read

Actress Chloe Grace Moretz and model Kate Harrison are now married. The duo tied the knot over Labour Day weekend after dating for 7 years. Chloe Moretz started her career as a child actor and later gained early recognition in films like Kick-Ass, The Amityville Horror, and more. While Kate Harrison was modelled in campaigns for J. Crew and Topshop.

They first began dating in 2018, and they kept their relationship as private as they could. The duo formally confirmed their engagement on January 1, 2025.

In their wedding, Moretz wore a stunning, powder blue gown with matching opera gloves, while Harrison matched her romantic vibe in white. The model kept her wedding dress classic with a strapless, fitted gown with floral stitching. The 34-year-old completed her ethereal look by donning a mesh veil that fell just below her eyes.

Chloe, 28, desired an old Hollywood-inspired designer gown that features ruffle detailing and spaghetti straps. The actress said of the unique colour choice, “It looks like ice cream or something”.

The ceremony was very private, and Moretz posted a few photos of herself on Instagram. Both their wedding gowns were designed by Nicolas Ghesquiere, who is the longtime artistic director of Louis Vuitton’s women’s Collections.

According to Vogue, the Carrie actor and Harrison tied the knot on Monday.

Moretz told the outlet ahead of the wedding event that a big part of the wedding is about sharing things that Kate and she love with everyone who was going to be there. Vogue confirmed that the event took place over the weekend.

“So there’s fishing, horseback riding, and poker, Kate made a custom poker mat herself, so we’re going to kind of be leaning into it”, Moretz said. Further, she added that their second will be line dancing and everything.

The outlet shared some photos of the couple’s final fitting at the designer’s house’s atelier in Paris.

The couple kept their fashion choices secret from each other until the event. Harrison said that the thing she was most excited for, other than being married, was the first look moment. While Moretz replied, she was looking forward to just being together forever.

“The biggest part of our relationship is friendship, and you are really who you keep around you.”, Moretz professes to Harrison.

Moretz confessed to Vogue that they have been together for seven years and made a promise to each other in a new way, exchanging vows. Further, she stated that she thinks it is important to stay every day and choose each other.
