Rapper Lil Nas X spotted nearly-naked; Suspected drug overdose results in his arrest and hospitalisation in Los Angeles; Video becomes viral

2 Mins read

A video of rapper Montero Lamar Hill, better known by his stage name Lil Nas X, that was uploaded by TMZ, went viral on Thursday, shocking fans. He was spotted strolling about Ventura Boulevard in Studio City, Los Angeles, at around midnight while completely nude and only wearing cowboy boots and knickers.

The vocalist from Old Town Road was seen straying down the street in the widely shared video. He once murmured that he was attending a party, gestured at a passing automobile that he was filming, and even put an orange traffic cone on his head.

A man saw him shortly after and reported a “nude man walking in the street” to the police.

Police claim that the suspect charged at them when they arrived on the scene and was later apprehended. Lil Nas X was taken to the hospital after officers revealed that he may have overdosed, according to TMZ.

After a fight with the police, Lil Nas X was arrested. In addition to other offences, such as public obscenity, he was detained for battery on a police officer and taken to a hospital. The rapper is still in the hospital, but it is anticipated that he will be charged with misdemeanour violence against a police officer. His condition is still not known.

According to Page Six, Lil Nas X had been sharing an odd set of eleven images on Instagram before the startling incident. The photographs showed his residence in a state of disorder, with scattered items of art and furniture.

One of his selfies with the message, “OH NO SHE’S GONE MAD! CRAZY I TELL U!” Nas became well-known after his 2018 country rap hit, “Old Town Road,” was released.

Nas asserted earlier this year that his spirituality had increased as a result of his success. He said to Paper Magazine: “Becoming famous got me more in touch with spirituality.

“It usually works the opposite way around for other people, but it made me feel closer to everything around me and the synchronicities of life. There were all these things that I thought were “magical hoo ha” for my entire life as a very sceptical young man growing up, but then I was like, Okay, this makes sense. I get this. But in addition to that, after finding that spiritual side, I’ve kind of made a 180 in terms of thinking I need to heal the world all the time and towards coming back to myself. You have to have that balance, like, Okay, I need to focus on me right now. I need to do my s**,” he said.
