Kelsey Parker Declares the Death of her Child

2 Mins read

Kelsey Parker, a podcast broadcaster, revealed the death of her infant. In January, Parker announced that she was expecting her third child. On Sunday, she posted on Instagram to share the news that her baby was “born sleeping.”

She had her first child with her new partner, Will Lindsay, in 2022 after losing her husband, Tom Parker, star of The Wanted, to an incurable brain tumour.

Parker posted a poem on Instagram about the child she was expecting, whom she and Lindsay had named Phoenix, and the late singer. Parker is the mother of Aurelia, age five, and Bodhi, age four.

For Phoenix, Born Sleeping, Forever Loved,” the poem began, with a caption: “Phoenix Parker-Lindsay, you will forever be loved.”

“Before I receive an influx of lovely messages and heartfelt well wishes, I want to just say that I truly appreciate everything you are all going to say and share,”
Parker wrote in an Instagram story that she shared after the post.

But with the news being so raw, I would like to ensure that we as a family are given space and time to process this devastating and earth-shattering news.

I love you all, and thank you for your understanding and space.

“Love always, Kelsey, Will and The Parker Family “

In the past, Parker has been open about how trolls have made her feel bad about seeing someone else.

In March, she stated: “Our house was full of so much sadness, but now it’s full of happiness, the kids deserve that more than anything.”

Since her husband’s passing, Parker has organised yearly charity football games in his honour to collect money for a charity that fights brain tumours.

The 34-year-old model Georgia Jones co-hosts Mum’s the Word! A podcast where they give parenting tips to famous guests.

Phoenix Parker -Lindsay, you will forever be loved,” Kelsey wrote via an Instagram post shared on Sunday, June 22.

Kelsey revealed her pregnancy to The Mirror in January, telling the publication that she and her late husband had desired to grow their family before he passed away.

Tom and I always said we wanted four—but life has other plans,” she told the outlet at the time. “So yes, this is amazing but also bittersweet. The joys of finding out I’m pregnant and moving forward with my life, while thinking, ‘My life could have been so different. I’ve felt every emotion under the sun.”

She continued, “I’m still getting my head around it, but I’m so excited. And I know I’m putting myself out there, telling people. I just want everyone to be as happy as I am.”
