Burger King’s Biggest Menu Shakeup in 2025: New BBQ Fries and Korean Spicy Fest

1 Mins read

Burger King has unveiled a major update to its menu in 2025, introducing exciting new items and bringing back fan favourites to delight customers across different regions.

In the UK, Burger King launched its biggest menu shakeup in years on May 20, 2025. The highlight is the all-new Kansas BBQ Chicken Fries, featuring a crispy golden coating with sweet and smoky Midwestern American flavours.

These fries are designed for sharing or as a perfect picnic snack during the summer months. Alongside this, the Kansas BBQ King Box offers a value meal priced at 5.99 euros, including the new BBQ Chicken Stacker, four pieces of Kansas BBQ Chicken Fries, regular fries and a drink, providing a complete and affordable meal option.

Another eagerly awaited return is the Gourmet Kings Caesar collection. The premium range features either a 100% British and Irish Angus beef burger or a crispy coated chicken breast, both topped with creamy Caesar mayo for a rich, garlicky flavour.

Burger King UK describes this as “a truly deluxe burger experience” and calls it “the surprise we’ve all been waiting for.”

Adding a spicy twist, Burger King UK introduced the bold Spicy Mayo range. This includes spicy versions of two iconic items: the classic Whopper and the Chicken Royale.

To celebrate the launch, Burger King offered buy-one-get-one-free deals on the Gourmet Kings Bacon Caesar collection from May 20 to 22, followed by similar offers in the Spicy Mayo range from May 27 to 29 via their mobile app.

Earlier in 2025, Burger King also improved its iconic Whopper Burger in the UK by making it juicier and tastier. The upgraded Whopper includes a juicier flame-grilled beef patty, a new glazed and fluffier sesame seed bun and fresh-cut tomatoes and onions.

To celebrate, Burger King UK gave away free Whoppers on March 5, 2025, through their app and partnered with Uber Eats for delivery promotions.

Additionally, Burger King has been responding to customer creativity through its Million Dollar Whopper Contest, which inspired new fan-created items like the Steakhouse Bacon Whopper.

This burger features a flame-grilled patty topped with A.1. Sauce, crispy onions, bacon, Swiss cheese, peppercorn aioli, lettuce and tomato. The chain plans to continue adding guest-inspired creations to its menu throughout 2025.

Overall, Burger King’s 2025 menu updates focus on bold new flavours, value deals and fan favourites, aiming to offer customers fresh and exciting dining experiences worldwide.
